- If you will be in Washington State on the day of class, select your location from the list. (Mountlake Terrace is the default for in-person classes.)
- If you are outside Washington State, choose "Out of State" (second from the top).
- U.S. federal purchases using a Centrally Billed Account (CBA) card: select "CBA card" (top of the list) for tax exemption.
